TL;DR

Benefits, Recognition and Mobility Advisor (HR): Managing employee benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs to enhance the employee experience with an accent on vendor management and operational support for employee mobility. Focus on driving engagement through internal communities, coordinating benefits events, and ensuring immigration compliance.

Location: Hybrid (NSW, Australia) — 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and wellbeing enquiries.
  • Manage external benefit providers, including vendor performance and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and grow the Optimiser Viva Engage community to drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Comms, and People & Culture teams to elevate employee experience.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the annual Benefits Expo and various workshops.
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure benefit and recognition offerings remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Benefits, Recognition, or Mobility role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail for data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Rewards Gateway or similar recognition platforms is preferred.
