What you will do
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, progression, development, and separation.
- Maintain employee data accuracy within the global HRIS (Workday).
- Manage the national health and wellbeing program and coordinate the quarterly new joiner induction.
- Handle first-level HR policy queries and manage the Workday Help Case Workspace.
- Coordinate annual performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.
- Oversee payroll spreadsheets and coordinate with external payroll providers and the Finance team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in professional services.
- Experience with global HRIS and Talent Development systems, specifically Workday.
- University degree in Human Resources or a business-related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Basic knowledge of Australian employment law or best practice procedures.
- Experience coordinating in-house and external learning programs.
