What you will do

  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, progression, development, and separation.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy within the global HRIS (Workday).
  • Manage the national health and wellbeing program and coordinate the quarterly new joiner induction.
  • Handle first-level HR policy queries and manage the Workday Help Case Workspace.
  • Coordinate annual performance management, talent reviews, and compensation processes.
  • Oversee payroll spreadsheets and coordinate with external payroll providers and the Finance team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in professional services.
  • Experience with global HRIS and Talent Development systems, specifically Workday.
  • University degree in Human Resources or a business-related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge of Australian employment law or best practice procedures.
  • Experience coordinating in-house and external learning programs.
