What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Operations to scale the Sydney office and support broader business growth.
• Own key people workstreams, including onboarding quality and employee experience.
• Design and implement high-leverage operational solutions for evolving company challenges.
• Manage company forums and rhythms to keep the fast-scaling team cohesive.
• Lead cross-functional projects from inception through to completion.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or an early-stage startup.
• Proven track record of launching new initiatives or processes from scratch.
• High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly.
• Must be based in Sydney for in-office work
