What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for software products supporting pharma manufacturing and operations.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Ensure solutions align with pharma manufacturing workflows and enterprise system integrations like ERP, SCADA, and LIMS.
• Track product performance and leverage data to guide strategic roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall industry experience.
• Direct experience in pharma, life sciences, or product management for pharma-related solutions.
• Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with FDA, EMA, and MHRA regulatory requirements.
• Experience with MES, LES, QMS, CMMS, CTMS, or IRT platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software in regulated environments leveraging AI capabilities.
• Background in digital transformation, manufacturing systems, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with cloud-native software development, validation, and audit readiness.
