TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (DevEx): Managing and growing large enterprise customers and closing new deals for a developer experience platform with an accent on new business sales and engineering leadership engagement. Focus on driving revenue, executing growth strategies within existing accounts, and supporting the transition to agentic software development.
Location: Hybrid; Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area (Scottsdale, AZ)

What you will do
- Manage and grow the largest enterprise customers while closing initial deals with new customers.
- Build and expand relationships within disparate teams at net new logos and existing accounts.
- Identify and document business goals and technology stacks to optimize product usage.
- Increase adoption of features through outreach strategies leveraging internal customer champions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to address client concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the development of the company's winning sales playbook as an early Account Executive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new business roles with a proven track record of success.
- Experience selling to developer and engineering leadership with deep knowledge of their tech stacks.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing growth strategies within existing accounts.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Phoenix area.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulated industries or security-conscious companies (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, on-prem).
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
- Experience using product telemetry and analytics to inform business decisions.
