Salary: $347,000 – $385,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead legal support for executive compensation, employee benefits, and equity compensation programs.
• Serve as the primary legal advisor for all Compensation Committee matters.
• Counsel on equity plan administration, grants, incentive programs, and securities compliance.
• Partner with People, Finance, Tax, and Investor Relations on governance and administration.
• Support compensation and benefits aspects of capital markets, financing, and M&A transactions.
• Develop and scale legal processes and frameworks for global benefits and compensation governance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of combined legal experience at fast-paced technology companies or tech-focused law firms.
• Significant experience in executive compensation, equity, and global benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of securities, tax, benefits, and corporate governance issues.
• JD and license or qualification to practice in California (CA).
• Exceptional communication skills for producing board-level and executive-ready materials.
