What you will do

  • Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining pipeline momentum.
  • Take ownership of follow-ups and ensure clean handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Adapt messaging and approach based on results and performance feedback.
