Location: Must be based remotely within the United States

Salary: $136,400.00 - $187,600.00 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Qualify new customers and generate new business to achieve pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Develop proactive solutions leveraging hirify.global capabilities to differentiate the company and drive growth.
  • Execute account strategies, manage the pipeline, and handle contract negotiations and approvals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure defined expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Research customer business strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities.
  • Coordinate with Regional VPs and the Business Development team to promote Flex Shaping propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
  • Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience in Data Center/Critical Power business development, specifically focusing on strategic growth in North America.
  • Ability to analyze financial metrics, including P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal executive management and external customers.
