What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for FX offerings.
• Identify and pursue new FX partnerships and merchant opportunities.
• Lead RFPs, bid responses, and negotiations to secure high-value contracts.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations to define pricing and onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to shape strategy.
• Manage FX product lifecycle and drive regional revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in FX, payments, or fintech.
• Proven track record in channel development and merchant acquisition.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
