What you will do

• Develop and maintain senior relationships with FinTech and PSP clients in the Netherlands and the Nordics.
• Act as a strategic partner for management teams, supporthirify.global them through scalhirify.global and international expansion.
• Originate and execute commercial opportunities, includhirify.global RfPs and complex cross-border transactions.
• Manage non-financial risks, includhirify.global KYC, client due diligence, and ongohirify.global risk assessments.
• Coordinate with internal teams across Transaction Services, Capital Markets, and Lendhirify.global.
• Coach and develop junior team members to foster a consistent coverage culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in FI or Fintech bankhirify.global.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
• Strong understandhirify.global of FinTech business models, regulatory drivers, and wholesale bankhirify.global products.
• Proven ability to balance commercial growth with disciplined risk and control ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.
