What you will do

  • Provide senior oversight of outsourced functions for cash and stock reconciliations, overdrafts, and interest claims.
  • Resolve high-value, high-risk, and sensitive client breaks accurately and timely.
  • Optimize overdraft monitoring processes to reduce costs and manage CSDR penalty fees.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISITC, CSDR, and CASS guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop reconciliation oversight functions using data and MI to improve control environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve operational anomalies.

Requirements

  • Proven cash management experience in a lead or senior Middle Office or Operations role.
  • Experience working with Outsource provider Operating Models.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to automate tasks and enhance management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Custody and Nostro reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of relevant financial guidelines and regulations.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Order Management systems such as Charles River.
