What you will do

• Manage delivery of AI platform initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and data engineering teams
• Coordinate sprint planning, development cycles, and release schedules
• Track technical dependencies and ensure alignment between distributed teams
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to leadership
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and adherence to development processes

Requirements

• 9+ years’ experience managing technical projects or engineering programs
• Experience with distributed engineering teams, including offshore/nearshore
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience managing infrastructure, data platform, or AI/ML projects
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder communication, familiarity with CI/CD and engineering workflows
