What you will do

• Lead Financial Crime Analysts serving UK & US customers, driving growth via coaching, 1-to-1s, and investigative mindset development.
• Review team decisions and documentation to ensure technical soundness, robust rationale, and alignment with risk appetite.
• Manage global workflows and resources to meet SLAs while maintaining quality.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
• Serve as final authority on complex SME investigations, navigating UK/US business structures for risk-based decisions.
