What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end administration of medical, life, retirement, and wellness benefits programs in accordance with local policies.
  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations using Workday or equivalent HR systems.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert to resolve complex employee and manager inquiries regarding benefit eligibility and coverage.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with external benefit providers and brokers to resolve operational issues and support program changes.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation within benefits delivery.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a shared services environment.
  • Practical experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and service management tools.
  • Fluent Czech (mandatory).
  • Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
