What you will do

• Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract reviews, and payroll/benefits enrollment.
• Maintain and update employee records in the proprietary platform, ensuring accurate documentation of status changes.
• Perform audits and data checks to ensure timely and accurate payments for professionals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and phone.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors, including insurance, pension, and local service providers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of HR operations experience, specifically within a Shared Services or GBS environment.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Strong administrative background with literacy in MS Office.
• Experience supporting the Americas region.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Ability to work effectively within an international, cross-cultural team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese or French.
• General knowledge of LATAM labor registration (specifically Colombia, Peru, and Brazil).
• Expertise in HR/Payroll systems, case management, and ticketing tools.
• Experience with multi-country compliance and vendor management.
