What you will do
- Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract reviews, and payroll/benefits enrollment.
- Maintain and update employee records in the proprietary platform, ensuring accurate documentation of status changes.
- Perform audits and data checks to ensure timely and accurate payments for professionals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with professionals and customers to resolve queries via email and phone.
- Liaise with external partners and vendors, including insurance, pension, and local service providers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of HR operations experience, specifically within a Shared Services or GBS environment.
- Proficient in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Strong administrative background with literacy in MS Office.
- Experience supporting the Americas region.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Ability to work effectively within an international, cross-cultural team.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Portuguese or French.
- General knowledge of LATAM labor registration (specifically Colombia, Peru, and Brazil).
- Expertise in HR/Payroll systems, case management, and ticketing tools.
- Experience with multi-country compliance and vendor management.
