What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Identify and research potential leads, tailoring outreach to engage key decision-makers.
  • Craft compelling, personalized, and creative outreach to drive engagement and responses.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for sales leaders to build a strong pipeline.
  • Manage CRM records and monitor performance to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Based in New York City with required in-office presence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting personalized messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting in fintech, payments, or related industries.
  • Understanding of modern outbound strategies and sales development best practices.
  • Ability to analyze outreach data and optimize campaigns for higher conversion.
