What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential leads, tailoring outreach to engage key decision-makers.
- Craft compelling, personalized, and creative outreach to drive engagement and responses.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for sales leaders to build a strong pipeline.
- Manage CRM records and monitor performance to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting.
- Based in New York City with required in-office presence.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting personalized messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience prospecting in fintech, payments, or related industries.
- Understanding of modern outbound strategies and sales development best practices.
- Ability to analyze outreach data and optimize campaigns for higher conversion.
