hirify.global is a seed-stage SaaS startup building an operating system to replace Excel and PDFs for managing external workforces in the industrial and corporate sectors.

What you will do

• Run end-to-end product discovery, including customer interviews, problem framing, and scoping with engineering.
• Own release communication by transforming technical work into clear changelogs and customer-facing updates.
• Analyze customer calls with enterprise accounts to extract patterns and inform the product roadmap.
• Build prototypes and product adoption dashboards to drive weekly strategic decisions.
• Identify and resolve UX friction within the onboarding flow.
• Develop internal automations to connect the tech stack and reduce manual workload.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong academic record or outstanding extracurricular achievements.
• Proven experience shipping a tangible project, such as a tool, automation, or side product.
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to support recommendations with data.
• Clear and structured written communication skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Must be located in or able to work from Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience at a fast-moving B2B software company.
• Basic coding skills.
• Exposure to modern PM tools such as Linear and Notion.
