Product Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Improving a product in the airline industry to reduce food-waste, fuel consumption, costs, and CO2 emissions with an accent on translating ideas into detailed requirements and monitoring product performance. Focus on engaging with customers, conducting research, and driving product alignment across teams.

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be currently residing in Europe and legally eligible to work full-time under an employment contract. Expected travel for 2 annual one-week team events and occasional onsite customer meetings.

What you will do

• Translate product ideas into detailed requirements, specifications, and prototypes in collaboration with Product Designers and the Engineering team.
• Participate in status updates, tracking team progress and assisting in testing and validating features before launch.
• Support product launches by creating documentation and training materials, and performing product demonstrations to customers.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
• Engage directly with customers through online meetings and on-site visits to gather feedback and understand their journey.
• Conduct market research, customer interactions, and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Proven track record working at a product-led company.
• Strong Design Thinking, Project Management, and Data Analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles.
• Basic understanding of web development.
• Experience with product management software like Productboard or Jira Product Discovery.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
