AI Product Manager

TL;DR

AI Product Manager (AI): Contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of products in an AI audit toolbox with an accent on understanding auditor needs, AI capabilities, and limits. Focus on prototyping ideas with AI tools, validating solutions through customer talks, and making product decisions on what's worth building.

Location: On-site in Berlin

Compensation: €60–90k salary + meaningful equity

What you will do

• Contribute to discovery, definition, and delivery of AI toolbox products
• Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions
• Prototype ideas quickly using AI tools like Cursor, Claude, v0
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, auditors, and founders
• Assess AI realities to inform product decisions on builds, human loops, and limitations
• Structure problem spaces with clear writing, PRDs, and sharp questions

Requirements

• 4–7 years experience, at least 2 years in product role
• Shipped B2B SaaS products that customers pay for and use
• AI-native: daily use of LLMs, agents, AI tools with intuition for capabilities/limits
• Shipped at least one AI-powered feature understanding evals, latency, hallucinations, trust, probabilistic UX
• Go deep into user context and problems
• Comfortable in early-stage startup with high autonomy, ambiguity, speed

Nice to have

• Founded a company or shipped serious AI side project
• Can read code, run scripts, fine-tune prompts
• Experience in audit, compliance, legal, or document-heavy services
