What you will do

• Partner with the CTO, CPO, and Product Manager to refine product direction and translate strategic ideas into actionable deliverables.
• Lead discovery efforts by combining customer insights, product understanding, and data to validate new opportunities.
• Create lean product briefs, user flows, and wireframes to align stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Own and manage the innovation team's backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and detailed scoping for development.
• Drive the delivery of experiments, proof of concepts, and MVPs, iterating based on results.
• Determine when initiatives are ready to be scaled and transitioned to Core or Growth teams.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment.
• Proven track record of working across both product discovery and delivery phases.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technically complex products.
• Ability to translate high-level strategic ideas into iterative product increments.
• Skill in creating user flows, wireframes, and early-stage product concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Degree in a numerate or technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Experience with analytics platforms, tracking technologies, or data-heavy products.
• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions integrated into SaaS products.
• Familiarity with EU regulatory environments, specifically GDPR and ePrivacy.
• Experience using AI-accelerated techniques for rapid ideation and drafting specifications.
