What you will do

• Own and drive the product-led growth motion across activation, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Define and execute growth strategies to improve conversion, engagement, and monetization across the customer journey.
• Lead experimentation and data-driven initiatives to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Translate customer insights and product analytics into actionable roadmap decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Embed AI-first and data-driven ways of working within product development practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, specifically in PLG, growth, or monetization roles.
• Track record of driving measurable improvements in adoption, conversion, retention, or revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business and revenue outcomes.
• Experience working in fast-paced SaaS scale-up environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders around growth objectives.
