What you will do

• Set and drive strategy for post-purchase operations (buyer experience, seller experience, trust & risk, fraud, logistics, payments)
• Translate operational data and user insights into priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
• Design scalable processes, systems, and operating models for growth
• Act as strategic thought partner to senior leaders with data-driven recommendations
• Assess operational performance and improve efficiency, resilience, and user experience

Requirements

• 8-10 years in strategy and operations (consulting, finance, GM, Operations)
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical judgment to synthesize insights into recommendations
• Success leading large cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to design scalable processes and operating models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in data analysis tools; SQL and analytics platforms (Looker, Sigma, Hex) a plus
