What you will do

• Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads matching the ideal customer profile.
• Execute personalized cold email and call campaigns to spark interest and secure demos.
• Drive the primary KPI by scheduling quality demos for the sales team.
• Manage CRM records, lead insights, and strategic multi-channel follow-ups.
• Refine outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.
• Collaborate with the team to track the sales funnel and develop new growth strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
• Proven prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
• Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
• Experience working in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
• Proven ability to book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
• Must be based in Germany.
