What you will do
- Build and maintain a targeted pipeline of qualified leads matching the ideal customer profile.
- Execute personalized cold email and call campaigns to spark interest and secure demos.
- Drive the primary KPI by scheduling quality demos for the sales team.
- Manage CRM records, lead insights, and strategic multi-channel follow-ups.
- Refine outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.
- Collaborate with the team to track the sales funnel and develop new growth strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
- Proven prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
- Experience working in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
- Must be based in Germany.
