What you will do
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing.
- Research and acquire new enterprise leads in the Consumer Goods, Electronics, and Retail sectors across the DACH region.
- Conduct value-driven presentations and demonstrations for stakeholders to solve complex emissions challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach using LinkedIn, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Maintain sales pipeline transparency and manage administrative tasks within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (must-have).
- Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales managing the entire sales cycle.
- Proven track record in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, or logistics.
- Must be based in Germany (Berlin, Munich, or Remote in Bavaria/Berlin).
- Strong business acumen and experience applying Land and Expand strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Experience working in the climate tech industry.
