What you will do

  • Conduct outbound activities and cold calling to identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by analyzing customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  • Book high-quality meetings for sales executives to maintain a consistent pipeline.
  • Manage and update lead records and activities within the Hubspot CRM.
  • Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine outreach approaches and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2C or B2B sales or other customer-facing roles.
  • Comfort working with high activity levels and outbound calling/telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Resilient and positive mindset with a genuine drive to succeed in sales.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Malmö.

  • Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English.
