What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Tier 1 financial services clients, aligning solutions with business and regulatory priorities.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and contracting.
• Drive revenue growth via expansions, renewals, and cross-selling within an established portfolio.
• Manage senior executive relationships across global, matrixed financial institutions.
• Own account planning, proactively managing risk, retention, and long-term value creation.
• Utilize market insights and industry trends to improve product propositions and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within SaaS, consulting, or B2B services.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience with large banks, insurers, or regulated financial institutions.
• Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience commercializing AI-driven use cases within financial services.
• CV must be submitted in English.
