What you will do
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to activate, scale, and grow revenue.
- Act as a consultative business partner, identifying client pain points and recommending product solutions.
- Implement quarterly account growth plans and communicate 's value propositions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise, Media Measurement, and Connected Data teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer accounts and the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Forecast and track key account metrics using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management or a strategic client-facing role.
- Demonstrable experience using a consultative approach to deliver client solutions.
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Swedish (C1 level as a minimum) and English.
- Passion for technology and the ability to discuss disruptive technologies with clients.
Nice to have
- Experience in Technology sales or Market Research.
