What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring high-quality project delivery within scope and on time.
- Develop and implement detailed account plans leveraging multiple media channels to meet client objectives.
- Assist clients with budget establishment and forecasting, ensuring efficient spending and monthly actualization.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for account growth, and cross-selling possibilities.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal channel and strategic teams to enhance client project outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar, Vivvix, Resonate, or Commspoint.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives.
