What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring high-quality project delivery within scope and on time.
  • Develop and implement detailed account plans leveraging multiple media channels to meet client objectives.
  • Assist clients with budget establishment and forecasting, ensuring efficient spending and monthly actualization.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for account growth, and cross-selling possibilities.
  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal channel and strategic teams to enhance client project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar, Vivvix, Resonate, or Commspoint.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives.
