What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day requirements of key account contracts with a value of £30m+ per year, ensuring all obligations and KPIs are met.
• Maintain strict contract governance, including document control, risk logs, and a consistent reporting cadence.
• Develop strategies to optimize the roadside estate, identifying opportunities for expansion and rationalization.
• Act as the primary senior point of contact for key accounts to resolve disputes and build transparent, trusted relationships.
• Lead and coach a small experienced team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Delivery, and Operations teams to deliver on corporate goals.

Requirements

• Experience managing large, complex accounts with significant commercial value.
• Strong proficiency in contract management, specifically regarding governance, reporting, and risk tracking.
• Ability to resolve operational issues rapidly while maintaining professional partner communication.
• Solid commercial and analytical skills with an understanding of contract levers and performance drivers.
• Proven experience in people management, providing clear direction and driving accountability.
