📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Translate strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team
• Balance speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record building and scaling adtech products in a growth-stage environment
• Strong strategic thinking with bias toward action and execution
• Deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
