Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a high-performing product organization comprising product managers and UX designers.
  • Own the overall product strategy, roadmap definition, and prioritization of features.
  • Take final accountability for product quality, integrity, and the success of all releases.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing teams to drive seamless delivery from concept to launch.
  • Utilize data and customer insights to continuously improve user engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Represent the product organization in executive planning to align priorities and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing product teams for consumer-facing mobile products.
  • Proven success in scaling products from early stages to broad market adoption.
  • Strong ability to define product vision and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs like retention and growth metrics.
  • Must be based in the United States.
