Salary: $232,500 - $325,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and mentor a team of Product Managers to foster excellence and innovation.
• Define and champion long-term product vision and roadmap for advertising products based on advertiser needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch high-impact features.
• Own KPIs and drive end-to-end execution of product features.
• Communicate product narratives and strategic updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor ad tech trends to identify opportunities and maintain market leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in Ads Quality or Advertiser-facing products
• Proven experience as a people manager focused on talent development
• History of product visions driving quantifiable business growth
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data
• Strong communication and influence skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience managing people managers and multi-layered organizations
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML features
