Product Manager

Location: Fully remote, US-based position

Salary: $106,600–$180,400 annually

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from vision and discovery through launch, optimization, and growth.
• Define product roadmaps and translate market insights and customer needs into prioritized initiatives.
• Lead hypothesis-driven discovery, user research, usability testing, and product-market fit validation.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver product launches.
• Use product metrics, growth data, and analytics tools to guide optimization and customer acquisition decisions.
• Communicate product strategy to executive stakeholders and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in computer science, a related technical field, or business.
• At least 3 years of software product management experience in enterprise or international environments.
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Hands-on proficiency with Aha, Productboard, Jira, or BI platforms, including roadmap planning and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Comfortable working proficiency in English for presentations, documentation, and client communication.
