Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (CDMX), Reforma office. Must be able to work from the office two days a week.

What you will do

• Define project approach, scope, timelines, and cost estimations for creative and strategic assignments.
• Manage internal project workflows and ensure work is executed against the approved scope.
• Support Creative Strategists and Art Directors in developing creative briefs and sourcing required inputs.
• Allocate resources based on team technical strengths and monitor project burn to ensure financial health.
• Manage expectations of internal teams and external clients while troubleshooting project roadblocks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management across various project types.
• Proficiency in Wrike and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to hold others accountable for delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation abilities.
