What you will do

• Define requirements for rolling out consistent formats, templates, and content quality standards for market-ready documentation.
• Establish audit requirements and ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Develop process tools, including standardized process flowcharts and RACI matrices for the universal process library.
• Drive long-term maturity by implementing scalable content processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product readiness, and technical information teams globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, quality, or compliance, including experience with ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in process mapping, process mining, and running SPC and related data analysis.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to investigate root causes and propose data-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Process/Quality Management, or Technical Communication.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Holland, MI or Grand Rapids, MI.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• ASQ certification.
• Knowledge of ERP and QMS systems.
• Understanding of technical information management and content strategy in large enterprises.
