Sr Account Manager (Defence): Managing strategic relationships with major accounts in the Defence sector, selling hirify.global cybersecurity and networking solutions to enable business goals and overcome challenges with an accent on expanding revenue and retaining key clients. Focus on identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and partnering with systems integrators and service providers.

Location: Remote from home office located within the UK territory (up to 60% travel)

What you will do

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for major Defence sector accounts at executive level, focusing on strategic relationships.
  • Sell hirify.global products and services, expand and retain named accounts while ensuring customer service.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, address competitive threats, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Manage key partner relationships, facilitate executive communication between customers, hirify.global, and partners.
  • Develop account strategies, coordinate sales support teams, maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technical developments, and regulations affecting target markets.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory (UK)
  • Significant direct work experience with Defence sector customers (Government & Defence Contractors / Manufacturers).
  • Security clearance(s) highly desirable; experience in defence organisation or HM Armed Forces advantageous.
  • Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global; experience with Internet-related software/systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, solution selling, presentation, and client interfacing skills.
