What you will do

• Design and build data pipelines to transform raw data into audit-ready datasets for full-population testing.
• Develop automated test scripts, anomaly detection models, and risk scoring mechanisms.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into analytics workflows to accelerate data extraction and transformation.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and visualizations for control effectiveness and exception trends.
• Design continuous monitoring solutions to shift from periodic testing to ongoing surveillance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Business Operations teams to secure data access and understand lineage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or analytics engineering within an audit, risk, or financial services context.
• Must be based in Canada, Ireland, or the United Kingdom.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical solutions.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or CAP.
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure including Snowflake, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience using AI/ML tools for anomaly detection or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with crypto, fintech, payments, or digital asset environments.
