What you will do

• Manage and maintain comprehensive user tagging systems for personalized services and risk control.
• Analyze user behavior to build accurate, dynamic user profiles.
• Perform data mining, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis on large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology teams to optimize segmentation and targeting.
• Monitor and improve effectiveness of user tags and profiles for data quality and relevance.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends to support data-driven decisions, growth, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, user profiling, or customer segmentation.
• Strong background in data analytics, user behavior analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
• Solid understanding of user tagging methodologies and user journey mapping.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data platforms, machine learning on user data, or AI technologies.
• Familiarity with black-market ecosystems, bonus/promotion abuse, or fraudulent activities.
• Experience in fintech, risk control, growth analytics, anti-fraud, A/B testing, or large-scale behavioral data.
