What you will do

• Support Product and Engineering stakeholders with analysis to drive data-driven product decisions.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, highlight areas for investigation, and track product performance.
• Design and analyze experiments to test product changes and optimize the lending funnel.
• Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to enable stakeholder decision-making.
• Deliver deep-dive analyses to solve specific business questions across various product tribes.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Background in a data-led environment such as fintech, banking, consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work from the London office 2-3 days a week.

• Proficiency in Python.
