TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design, run, and optimize measurement frameworks including attribution, MMM, and incrementality tests.
  • Apply advanced statistical and predictive techniques to turn complex data into recommendations for maximizing CLV and reducing CAC.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, MarTech, CRM, Finance, and Analytics Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable implementation.
  • Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives using dashboards, notebooks, and decks for senior stakeholders.
  • Build and integrate AI-native analytics workflows, such as agentic data exploration and LLM-assisted causal analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Data Modeling, preferably in B2C acquisition and retention.
  • Hands-on expertise with attribution models, MMM, incrementality testing, and digital paid channel analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical modeling and ML (regression, Bayesian methods, clustering) and experimentation design.
  • Advanced SQL for data manipulation and Python for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with dbt for data modeling and Looker (or similar BI tools) for reporting.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to offline and brand measurement (TV, CTV, podcasts).
  • Practical experience prototyping with LLMs (Claude Code, Gemini CLI) or automating workflows via LangChain and n8n.
  • Experience using AI-powered IDEs like Cursor to accelerate coding and analysis.
