Location: Remote role residing in Chicago (home office required within the territory)

Salary: $119,200 - $178,800 annually

What you will do

  • Act as primary point-of-contact for major accounts at executive level, focusing on strategic relationships.
  • Sell hirify.global products and services to named accounts, grow and retain revenue while providing customer service.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities, address competitive threats, and develop leads.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, lead negotiations, and close sales across all organizational levels.
  • Manage key partner relationships with systems integrators, service providers, and VARs.
  • Coordinate account strategy with sales support teams, forecast accurately using Salesforce, and maintain account profiles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years direct experience in account management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, closing, solution selling, and presentation skills
  • Advanced client interfacing, influencing, and matrix selling experience
  • Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global
  • Ability to work from home office in Chicago territory; travel up to 50%
