What you will do
- Manage multiple large-scale, cross-product projects and programs throughout the full lifecycle.
- Lead dedicated project teams in a matrix environment to ensure seamless cross-product delivery.
- Own the end-to-end project plan, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status and critical decisions to licensees and C-level stakeholders.
- Drive licensee satisfaction by maintaining transparent communication and delivering quality outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration across shared functions like Compliance and Legal to resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in software delivery.
- Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proven success driving results in a matrix-structured organization.
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
- Flexibility to travel from time to time.
Nice to have
- Background in the online gaming industry.
- MBA degree.
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Jira, or MS Project.
