Base Salary Range - $125,000-$145,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and implement full-stack solutions with JavaScript/React/Node/Next.js frontend and Java/Spring backend on AWS.
• Lead design of scalable software meeting performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Technical Lead, and teams to deliver features from user stories.
• Own technical outcomes for features, including design, implementation, and production support.
• Improve existing applications through refactoring, modernization, and reducing technical debt.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing; diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack proficiency: JavaScript/React (frontend), Java/Spring Boot/Node/Next.js (backend), AWS hosting
• Experience with secure, performant web development, UI/API integrations, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and Agile/Scrum collaboration skills
• Must work effectively in US-based remote environment

• Cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Agile practices (automated testing, CI/CD, code quality)
• Experience leading/mentoring junior engineers
• Familiarity with FreeMarker Templates
• AI fluency with tools for performance and innovation
