Senior Software Engineer (Frontend & Fullstack Focused)

Location: Remote USA with hybrid mode (3 days/week in office for those near Chicago, Boston, or South Bend hubs)

Salary: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Design and implement front-end and fullstack software enhancements and maintenance for Clinical Solutions products
• Participate in iteration/release planning, peer reviews, and agile processes
• Mentor and train developers on standards, policies, and best practices
• Troubleshoot problems, coordinate issue resolution, and provide support
• Author documentation, adhere to design/testing principles, and prepare work for deployment
• Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years experience with mobile responsive development in Angular and React
• Strong C# / .NET Core backend skills, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), JSON, and API development
• AI-first driven planning/development/testing with recent models and tools
• Knowledge of data structures, object-oriented techniques, agile methodologies, and test-driven development
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and GitLab preferred
