Salary: $128,000 - $183,000

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable, secure fullstack systems using modern technologies to elevate the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate capabilities into actionable engineering work.
• Apply Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for robust, maintainable solutions and continuous improvement.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and production support to elevate team performance.
• Understand customer needs and contribute to design reviews, feature evaluation, and sprint planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years production software development experience across full lifecycle, with focus on interfaces and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS Serverless; code review for testability, maintainability, scalability.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration with teams and Product Owners for prioritization and issue resolution.
• Ability to pitch ideas, mentor, provide feedback, and participate in interviews.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to NYC or Reston, VA offices.
