What you will do

• Lead the architectural direction and design of complex full-stack search features and system optimizations.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate code generation and testing.
• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native backend services and APIs for high-concurrency search interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to translate product strategies into technical results.
• Drive the adoption of accessibility (A11y), internationalization (i18n), and performance best practices for global scale.
• Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering and high-level architectural thinking.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack web application development at scale.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered development environments and LLM code validation.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing (Jest, Cypress), and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-integrated user interfaces or AI-driven search features.
• Advanced knowledge of Core Web Vitals and SEO optimization.
• Experience leading small project teams or specific technical workstreams.
