Salary: $175,000-$200,000

What you will do

• Own Identity and Access Management operations including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and access certifications aligned to least-privilege principles.
• Lead endpoint management for Windows and macOS devices covering configuration, patching, security, and full lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Manage Desktop Support operations defining SLAs, escalation paths, and automation to improve resolution times and reduce ticket volume.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 engineering and operations including governance for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and compliance features.
• Administer 150+ Windows servers in AWS, Active Directory, and related services with focus on patching, optimization, and security.
• Drive service delivery excellence, strategic planning, team leadership, vendor management, and budget optimization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in infrastructure, end-user services, or workplace technology
• 5+ years people leadership managing multiple technology teams
• Strong experience in IAM, Windows/macOS endpoint management, desktop support, Windows servers, and Microsoft 365
• Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments
• Technical skills in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune/Endpoint Manager, M365 administration, ITSM, security/compliance, PowerShell, ServiceNow
