TL;DR

D365 CE/IT Director (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading the IT function and executing long-term technology strategy with an accent on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Focus on driving digital transformation, implementing responsible AI governance, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Washington DC). Must be based in the US and able to work 3 days a week in office

Salary: $175,000 – $185,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of responsible AI and automation.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including Azure cloud environments, networking, and endpoint management.
  • Direct management of enterprise applications including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data integration platforms.
  • Lead a cybersecurity program aligned with NIST/CIS frameworks, covering risk management and disaster recovery.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and the IT budget to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CE).
  • Strong background in Azure cloud platforms and enterprise data management.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST/CIS).
  • Proven experience leading and developing technical teams of at least 5 professionals.
  • Must be based in Washington DC for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

  • Experience within association, membership, government, or public sector environments.
