What you will do

• Provide dedicated support via phone and email to HTK Financial Professionals and field office personnel.
• Research inquiries, track results, and ensure stakeholders receive timely status updates.
• Educate professionals on clearing firm platforms, proprietary websites, and available tools.
• Act as a primary liaison between Pershing and field personnel.
• Handle complex and escalated issues and represent HTK Operations at departmental meetings.
• Recommend and facilitate process changes to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer service experience working in a financial setting or trading desk.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with Pershing products, procedures, and NetExchange Pro system.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with DST Vision.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
• FINRA Series 99 license.
