What you will do

• Lead and manage a Solutions Engineering team across North America to ensure productivity and achievement of sales quotas.
• Collaborate with theater-level sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and technology positioning.
• Coach, mentor, and guide the SE team to embrace a customer-success-centric sales approach.
• Hire, onboard, and retain a diverse and inclusive technical team aligned with hirify.global culture.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize and execute regional sales strategies.
• Develop hirify.global solutions' value propositions and provide lead support for strategic accounts and partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate sophisticated technological concepts.
• Experience in roles requiring project management and consultative skills.
• BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
